Max Cash selling guide
Can You Sell Cracked or Damaged Electronics?
Damage does not automatically make every valuable device worthless. Max Cash can review many cracked or damaged higher-value electronics, but the offer must be based on the damage that is actually present.
Describe the damage before the quote
Mention cracked glass, display lines, dead pixels, hinge problems, camera issues, charging problems, missing buttons, stick drift, dents, battery warnings or anything else you already know about. Clear disclosure helps prevent a quote that changes because the device arrived in a different condition than described.
Model value still matters
A damaged recent Pro Max phone, flagship Galaxy, gaming laptop or current console can still have meaningful resale value. Very old or low-value electronics may not make sense to buy even if they work perfectly.
Photos can help with unusual damage
If the damage is difficult to describe, tell us what happened and provide clear photos when requested. Do not hide a problem expecting the appointment inspection to miss it.
The offer is confirmed by a person
The website collects the device details, but a Max Cash representative confirms the dollar amount. That keeps unusual damage from being forced through a generic automatic price chart.
