These terms apply to the Max Cash Electronics 757 website, quote process and scheduling.
Quotes and pricing
The website collects device information, but a representative confirms every amount. Quotes depend on model, specifications, ownership status, accessories and disclosed condition. Confirmed offers are held for 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
Appointments
Transactions are by confirmed Virginia Beach appointment from 9 AM – 9 PM daily, by appointment. The exact address is released only after successful confirmation. Call or text 757-550-5034 to cancel, reschedule or change anything.
Ownership and identification
The seller must have the legal right to sell every device. Valid photo ID is required. Ownership verification may be required for activation, iCloud or passcode locks. Stolen or fraudulent devices are never purchased.
Financed and damaged devices
Financed or damaged devices can be considered, but acceptance and pricing are not guaranteed. The seller must accurately disclose status and condition.
Payment
Approved transactions may be paid by Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay. The representative confirms final condition and amount at the appointment.

Do not submit false, unlawful or abusive information, interfere with the website, or use another person's identity or device without authorization.
